A camera station built on a Raspberry Pi inspects every part and gives the operator a clear result: pass or fail.
How it works
The station has a camera and a Raspberry Pi. The camera takes a picture of each part, and the Raspberry Pi evaluates it right at the line.
What it checks
VisionBox looks for defects and missing components. It also checks that each component sits in the correct position.
The result for the operator
The operator sees the verdict for each part as soon as it is inspected and can take a failed part off the line straight away.
